A - A lot of people listening tonight will have
no idea of you and the year of Lazar - a lot of
people of course are rather recent listeners and its
been a decade although we have interviewed - I
actually interviewed Bob Lazar not too long ago,
John ...
J - Yes! I listened to it.
A - Ah - you did ... You heard it!
J - Yes!
A - Um - it might be really interesting to
kind of get that period of time from you - for
all the new listeners - there are so many ...
J - I served some time with Bob a month or
so ago. I had an occasion to ferry an L 10-11
from where it was painted in the south - the
name of the air****t escapes me, but we took
it up to Roswell - and as you know - Roswell
is a - there is a huge air****t - a repository
for old airplanes - not old - well yeah - old
airliners - there must be 200 of them there -
just every kind you can imagine - L 10-11s,
747's, DC 10s, DC 9's ...
A - They are really kept there to avoid
erosion that would occur elsewhere - right -
its desert ...
J - Yeah - Mohave is one, Victorville is
another - Roswell ...anyway - Well I went to
Roswell - and coming back I took the bus from
Roswell to Albuquerque and Bob picked me up
and I spent a few days at his house and talked
about old times and stuff ... and it was
interesting, but how I got into all this was
sometime in 1984-1985.

A - Of course!
J - and when I read it - I said, "Holy Smokes!
This is true!" I mean - it gave me chills and at
that time I was flying with American Transair,
and I was based in New York and I gave Budd a
call and ended up over at his house and uh - I
spent a fascinating evening with him and ummm -
and that got me really interested. And then ...
Whitley S-reiber wrote Communion and that was
even more scary. I remember reading that book -
and I went to the store to get it and I got a
call to take a flight from Las Vegas to Cleveland
and I remember flying the 727 on the way to
Cleveland and reading this thing and how scary
it was ... but anyway I got interested in all
this ... lets see ... what happened next ... I
went on this little tour around Colorado, New
Mexico - checking out all these rumours - it
was just 'fascinating ' and then I started to
give lectures - and I gave - and at that time
I was on my soap box and ... "We 'deserve' to
know this stuff." and at that time I had no idea
how heavily involved the g-vernment was in
this - I thought they were really just
dismissing it.
A - You went at this almost like an obsession ....
- It 'was' an obsession... and it almost
caused a divorce - because my wife turned off
the phone - I mean - changed my numbers and
um - it was a very - very turbulent time. But
anyway, in the summer of 1988, a guy called up,
during all of this turbulence, and he said,
"Hey! I'd like to get a copy of your tapes." I
said, "No! I'm out of this. I'm done with it.
It's just a mess.!" He said, "Well! If you ever
need an appraisal of your house, I'll trade you.
I'm an appraiser." I said, "I'll tell you
what. I need my house appraised. I'll trade
you the tapes for the appraisal."
A - laughs. "Oh yes!"
J - So, he came over and he brought this guy
named Bob Lazar to hold the measuring tape. Well,
we sat down and talked about UFOs and Bob
started this rolling his eyes and Bob said,
"I've never heard to much -S in my life." He
said, "I worked at Los Alamos. If this were
true, I would have known it. I have the higher
clearance." And, you know - people who have
a II clearance say they have the highest. So
anyway, over the next few months, we got
together and me and Bob and I kept feeding Bob
information and like about October or November,
it became apparent to him something was going
on, and I think there was two or three things
I had said ... One - I had said there was a
facility called YY-II - a s-cret facility and
that's where they keep the live aliens and I
mentioned something else ... I forget what it
was - but anyway, his friends at Los Alamos
wrote him back and said, "Indeed there is a
YY-II, but that doesn't mean their's an alien
there, but there was a se-ret area ... but
anyway ...Bob decided to re-enter the scientific
community and Bob called Dr. Teller.
I was there when he made the call and I
reminded Dr. Teller of when he was at Los
Alamos and asked him if he (Bob) could
re-enter the scientific community.
Dr. Teller said, "Do you want to work in
Livermore, California, or do you want to
work out there at Nellis? Bob said, "I
want to work at Area 51". Teller said,
"Let me see what I can do." Well, the next
thing I know is Bob has three s-curity interviews
down at EGG Facility here and he mentioned to me
after the second interview - they said, "Do you
know John Lear, and what is your relation****p with
him?" Well Bob said, "Well! I know him. He's a
person who sticks his nose where it doesn't belong."
And Bob said when he told them that - what he didn't
tell them that 'he' likes to stick his nose where
it doesn't belong.
A. - (chuckles)
J - So anyway, the next thing I know is in December
of 1988, Bob shows up at my house in the evening
and sits down. I'm wiped out - sitting down doing
some paperwork and Bob sit in a chair in front of
my desk and Bob says, "I saw a disk today!"
A - Here's where I want to stop you and ask you a
quick question - you know - when Bob first came
to you at the point you are talking about right
now, what do you think his motivation was? Because
- of course

J - Well - he told me what his motivation was.
He said, "I saw a disk today". and I said, "What
are you talking about? I said, "Theirs or ours?"
He said, "Theirs!" I said, "Did you go to Area
51?" He said, "Yeah! I just got back!" I said,
"Then what are you doing 'here' Bob? This is
fantastic! ...obviously they followed you. I said,
"Why don't you find out what's going on and
'then' tell me? And he said, "Because you have
taken so much flack over this ...
A - Yeah!
J - ... so much ridicule. I just wanted to
tell you that I saw it." That was his motive.
A - So you think he was coming to you ...
privately ... at that point ...
J - Yeah!
A - Just saying, "Look! What you believe ...
its true ... I can verify it! It's true."
J - Right!
A - So, it was just because you're friends.
He saw your struggle.
J - Right!
A - And from that point?
J - Well! From that point - uh - you know -
he kept - he was ... Well he worked from December
1988 to March 21, 1989, which will always be a
date that we'll always remember and that ... the
Tuesday before ... the 21st was a Wednesday. The
day before ... I was over to his house and he
said, "Do you want to go and see a disk fly
tomorrow?" I said, "Well, how?" and he said, "I
know a place we can watch it and they always
test on Wednesdays at sunset because that is the
time this road is least traveled." So I said,
"Okay! Let's go."
So Gene Haupt and me and Bob got in my motor
home and I think Bob's wife was with us and we
drove up there - just south of the black mail
box, which we didn't know about then.
A - The now infamous black mail box...
J - Right! I set up the telescope and here
comes this thing - from behind the mountains
where Groom Lake was and it flitted around and
I'm trying to focus this 8" Celestron telescope
which was very difficult.
A - Bad idea!
J - But finally I go tit and I saw a disk
that was oriented about 45 degrees to the
horizon and it was glowing - it was yellowish
orange and it was glowing - and it was settling
back down behind the mountains and I said,
"Quick Gene - take a look, (laughs) and as I
stepped back from the telescope, I hooked the
tripod leg and go tit off ... off the focus
and of course, there's a big laugh about that -
and at one time I had those tapes - all those
tapes, but I'm moving out of my house now and
I stored everything in the garage as far as
tapes and UFO books, all the do***ents and
everything and somebody came and stole half
of it, including my UFO books and everything
and I don't know who it was and I don't'
expect it ... you know ... I think it was just
an accident that somebody took that stuff and
that tape is gone.
A - Well . a telescope of that power would
actually give you pretty good resolution - if
you really managed to get it and old the focus
... (unintelligible)
J - Well, I saw it - it was perfect. No
doubt about it.
A - How much could you see beyond a glowing
disk, John?
J - That was it!
A - That was it! No further details of the
craft itself? Could you even estimate from
distance - the size?
J. - No! So, we stayed around for another
couple hours and nothing happened, so we went
home and so the next Wednesday night, I was on
a trip - an airline trip and I couldn't go,
but I called Bob and I said, "What's going on?"
and he said, "We're going fi****ng tonight!",
which I new they were going up to Groom Lake,
and uh - which I knew - that night, I think
him, Annie, Wyatt, Keeley, and George Knapp
went and that was the night that George got
the film that he got. The third night which
was the following Wednesday- was March 6th.
And that's when we went up and we had all
the geiger counters and the cameras and
everything and that's the night we got caught
and we were going down the road that accessed
to the back gate of Groom Lake, and I kept
saying ..."C'mon! Lets stop here ..."
A - How close .. how close were you allowed
to get?
J - About 10 miles.
A - 10 miles - so you were how far inside
that 10 mile point?
J - uh - I think we were about 10 miles and
we hand't even come to the security gate -
that's way up in the ridge area.
A - I guess - what I'm getting at - is ...
were you in an area where you could legally be?
J - Oh yeah - absolutely!
A - All right!

This tells how large the Mother****p is that these
people will use.

These Altimarians are hybrids, having the basic
Altimarian genome, but have volunteered to have
enough Human genes spliced in to give them lungs
and other attributes that make them able to come
to Earth without needing artificial aids to adapt
to our atmosphere and gravity. But, since our Sun
is brighter than their star, to protect from
excessive solar radiation they will spend most of
their time indoors, or work at night and sleep

By the way, they see the legitimate governing
authority of Earth as vested in the people, not
the government officials who think they rule over
us, rather than serve the people.
They have chosen Human names for ease of
communication. Two are Technology Specialists.
Chris & Oman work with negating the damage of
technologies which are oppressive to the
environment and living beings. And they utilize
technologies which do not require equipment.
They also work with the electromagnetic fields
of Gaia/Earth Being.
Three are Botanical Specialists. Fred-1 works
with the green lifeforms in their above-water
habitats. Alvin & Luke work with the green
lifeforms beneath the water: one with those
living in fresh water environments and the other
with those in salt/saline eco-zones.
Mada is an Energy Cleanup specialist, a woman
who uses skills somewhat analogous to Human
psychotherapeutics and homeopathic healing. She
is the one who works with energy systems that
have been thrown out of synchronization. And
she utilizes the healing techniques of
psychology and homeopathy to negate various
energy patterns which are not conducive to
healing.
Four are Environmental Specialists, each
with sub-specialties. Fred-2 (he also likes
the name Fred) works with the environment of
fire in all its forms.
Sam works with both fresh and saline water.
Alfred specializes in the atmosphere. Tom
works with Gaia/Mother Earth, and in remedying
any disturbances in Earth. These folks
actually merge with the element that they are
working with to balance out that element
molecularly. While these Environmental
Specialists have a sense of humor, they take
their work very seriously.
Amanda is a Communication Specialist, and
will work with translations and language
problems, such as helping clear up
misunderstandings, and re****ting issues
between Human Specialists and Teams and the
Star Nations Team. She works with
communication of every sort by way of
telepathy, whether it be with the elemental
energy beings of Earth, with various species,
or whatever.
The twelfth one is Gene, overall administrator
for the contingent. He is similar to Amanda,
but he works mostly with the various parties
like a messenger of sorts. And he as well as
Amanda will also facilitate communication with
Humans.
The Altimarian Twelve scientific team looks
forward to coming to Earth and helping. Yet
there are some within the team who have some
trepidation, because Earth is an unknown to
some of them. (Others of their race have come
here before to quietly do some clean-up of
crash sites after C-bal rogue m-litary shot down
various Star Nations craft.) And these 12
volunteers will be leaving their home planet for
the duration. They are committed to staying,
and doing a thorough job. The Altimarians have
a deep love of Earth and its exceptional
bio-diversity, uncommon in the galaxy. They
come in service to the greater good.
Altimarian-Human hybrids started being created
several thousand years ago to help with former
environmental clean-ups of n-clear waste and
other toxic by-products of the failed past
Human civilizations, such as of Atlantis and
Lemuria, with their w-rs.
It is the Altimarians' plans to start here
with the larger-scope environmental-restoration
projects first, for example, working on
cleaning up a given ocean area, and then later
to tackle smaller-scale projects such as
critical toxic sites.
The Altimarian Twelve scientific teams work
will be in places the public will eventually
notice. And Altimarians will interact with
Human environmental scientists and officials
to get the Earth clean-up job moving more
rapidly. The results will be open soon enough
to public view, and this will dissolve the UFO
Cover-Ups believability.
The Altimarians will travel here in a large
mother ****p, which will carry a scout craft
that the scientific team will use to come down
from where the mother****p is parked in space.
The mother****p's metric dimensions are 23
hectares, (or about 56 acres), or roughly, if
the mother****p were round, about 1/3 mile by
1/3 mile. The scoutcraft is comparatively
smaller, about 60 yards long by 40 yards wide.
The Altimarians are not allowed by their
spiritual laws to make general use of defensive
weapons, so they will be relying on
Human-provided security measures. I have placed
a request with appropriate officials to provide
such security.
The Altimarians have some concern for the
magnitude of change that will occur on Earth
as a result of their near-future open presence
here. It will be a time of public awareness of
when cosmic cultures meet. Yet I pointed out
to Amanda and Gene that most Humans are ready
and welcoming, as recent sampling polls have
indicated. When I asked their Communications
Officer Amanda what the Altimarians' general
statement for Humankind would be, she replied,
"We come in peace, to help."
When they land in 2008, the plan is that
several close colleagues and I meet the
Altimarians and greet them, as will a small
handful of Star Persons who are already
frequent visitors to Earth.
After the Altimarians are settled, my close
associates and I will facilitate meetings
between the Altimarians and top Human
environmental scientists and officials, so
that they together can get going on clean-up
and environmental restoration efforts.
The Cabal's hostility to the coming here of
these scientists is already known. The Cabal
have made trillions by monopolizing advanced
technology quietly back-engineered from
crashed starcraft, all the while having their
media lackeys deny that UFOs exist. Because
the 12 Altimarians will be working soon enough
with top Human scientists in open,
non-classified work projects, the Altimarians
presence will thus disintegrate the Cabal's
UFO Cover-Ups believability.
I know that many tens of thousands of you
would like to welcome them. But because Ca-al
attack attempts are virtually certain, general
public direct contact with the Altimarians
will have to wait until the Cab-l menace has
been taken care of. For now, hold good thoughts,
intentions, and prayers for a safe and
successful arrival of this cosmic, environmental
"Peace Corps".
The C-bals (Shadow Go-ernment/NWO) Plans To
Demonize Visiting Star Persons
At a press conference given in Wa****ngton, DC
at the National Press Club May 9, 2001, Dr. Carol
R-sin, who had been the first woman cor****ate
manager of an aerospace company (F-irchild
Industries), told the assembled press about a
warning given her by her boss, Dr. Wernher von
Braun in 1974.
Von Braun revealed that dark powerful forces
controlling world wealth and political power
had over a third of a century ago planned to
create a future fake "extraterrestrial invasion"
to acquire total global control. (Meanwhile this
global plutocratic cartel has maintained the
UFO Cover-Up as a cover, while they prepare
for their "Great Day".)
Dr. Rosen said, "What was most interesting to
me was a repetitive sentence that he said to
me over and over again during the approximately
four years that I had the op****tunity to work
with him. He said the strategy that was being
used to educate the public and decision
makers was to use scare tactics. That was how
we identify an enemy. The strategy that Wernher
Von Braun taught me was that first the
Russians are going to be considered to be the
enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy,
the identified enemy. We were told that they
had "killer satellites". We were told that
they were coming to get us and control us - that
they were "Commies".
"Then terrorists would be identified, and
that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about
terrorism. Then we were going to identify
third-world country crazies.
We now call them Nations of Concern. But he
said that would be the third enemy against
whom we would build space-based weapons. The
next enemy was asteroids.
Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the
first time he said it. Asteroids- against
asteroids we are going to build space-based
weapons.
"And the funniest one of all was what he
called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would
be the final scare. And over and over and
over during the four years that I knew him
and was giving speeches for him, he would
bring up that last card. And remember Carol,
the last card is the alien card. We are going
to have to build space-based weapons against
aliens, and all of it is a l-e.
"I think I was too naive at that time to
know the seriousness of the nature of the
spin that was being put on the system. And
now, the pieces are starting to fall into
place. We are building a space-based weapons
system on a premise that is a li-, a spin.
Wernher Von Braun was trying to hint that

until the moment when he died in 1977.

In this part Dr. Boylan tells some pretty bad things
about some people that I respect.

What he told me was that there is an accelerated
effort in place. He didn't mention a time-line but he
said that it was going to be speeding up faster than
anybody could possibly imagine. That the effort to put
w-apons into space was not only based on a lie, but
would accelerate past the point of people even
understanding it until it was already up there and too

The C-bal is that shadowy global plutocratic cartel
bent on world domination.
Its leader****p is not stupid. They plan carefully.
In the present context of increasingly abundant open
flights of Star Visitor craft over populated areas,
the Ca-al have devised special measures that they
believe will sell the public on the "reality" of the
"alien invasion" the Cab-l have planned.
One element is the Caba-'s s-cret development of
antigravity craft back-engineered from Star Visitor
craft that -abal m-litary s-ooges had shot down.

This high-performance advanced-technology fleet is
expected to fool the viewing public into thinking
that they are extraterrestrial UFOs. (For instance,
the huge "UFO" seen January 8 this year over
Stephenville, Texas and chased by F-16 fighters,
as re****ted on CNN, Fox News, Larry King, and other
media, was actually a C-bal antigravity craft,
warming up the public for the false "alien invasion"
which the C-bal plan to stage later this year.)
Furthermore, these Ca-al craft have technology
aboard their craft which can project 3-D,
solid-seeming holographic images in the sky to
create realistic sky-battle scenes. In order to
further terrify people, the Cab-l plan to use the
advanced Star-W-rs-program energy we-pons
these false "UFOs" carry on board in order to
shoot at Humans on the ground, k-lling thousands,
and convincing people that "aliens are bad, and
are on the attack."
Remote-viewing reveals that the Ca-al have,
as an additional information-management tool,
recruited three noted UFO investigators to act
as spokespersons during their fabricated "Star
Wa-s". This part of the plan was re****ted by a
woman who is a potent p-ychic, was a Star
Being in a previous lifetime before i-carnating
as a Human this lifetime, and is a respected close
associate. Her name is Fran, and she lives in the
U.S. Southeast. She remote-viewed a contem****ary
scene involving those three UFO investigators. Fran
shares the following information obtained from
that riveting remote-viewing session.
These three persons were observed consulting
in an out-of-the-way building's windowless room
about the Grand Story that the Ca-al plan to
launch in the not-too-distant future. That
Grand Story would be that which Dr. Wernher Van
Braun had warned Dr. Carol Rosin about in 1974.
Fran identified that the two men and woman
who would help front this Alien Invasion
story were UFO investigators Steven G-eer, MD,
Michael S-lla, Ph.D. and Linda Moulton H-we.
The "Grand Story" which these three were
s-cretly discussing would unfold thus.
First, Ca-al-controlled scientists and/or
g-vernment officials would proclaim alarming
new evidence of an imminent Alien Invasion.
Gr-er would react on cue to this new
information and "admit" that he has "been wrong
all along about the aliens being good," and
now "realizes" they are e-il. Sa-la, who has
said all along that "there are aliens who are
ev-l" would say essentially, "I told you so."
Moulton-Ho-e, who specialized earlier in her
UFO career generating re****ts attributing
cattle mutilations to "aliens", would declare
that she is "not surprised" that the aliens
"would kill Humans next". (JW I hope this
doesn't happen.)
The Cab-l would launch fake alien attacks,
featuring Caba- antigravity craft designed
to look like classic UFOs, and armed with
Star-Wa-s energy weapons.
These would annihilate swaths of the
population, mostly in areas of the Third World,
thus achieving the -abal desire to thin
"undesirable" (to the C-bal e-ite) populations,
but with token attacks in the developed
countries as well, to maintain "global-attack"
credibility. The Ca-al-controlled world gov-rnments
would declare global ma-tial law, and the creation
of a global authority to address the "menace".
The Cab-l-controlled world leader****p would
then unveil antigravity fighter craft (held in
sec-et for such an eventuality) and order
counter-attacks, using their antigravity craft
to engage in shooting the Enemy Invaders out of
the sky.
Since the real Star Nations ****ps would not
be a party to this madness, the C-bal would
simply have sent up drone antigravity craft to
dart about and project convincing 3-D "solid"
holographic images of sky wa-fare featuring these
"Alien Invaders", which would dutifully begin
to get shot down.
A grateful world would meanwhile accept
the C-bal-controlled govern-ent leaders'
demand for a unified global governm-nt, and
to allow them to assume unlimited power in
order to fight "the alien invaders".
The accuracy of Fran’s remote-viewing of
the above planning has been confirmed by Star
Nations representatives.
To many in the UFO community, it may seem
astounding that noted UFO investigators would
front for a deception, and one which sells out
Human self-determination, and stampedes
people into the arms of the Ca-al controllers.
It is therefore useful to examine what
indications do exist in the open record as to
whether these UFO investigators would be well
suited for fronting such a star wa-s plan.

and Hillary Cl-nton, who reviewed the matter
while staying at the Roc-efeller's JY Ranch."

members of the UFO Cover-Up organization
that -reer met and associated with?

a number of people who are very involved

introduced me to some characters right out
of a spy novel - and then some.
Whether in private high-tech industry, at
the P-ntagon, or at a midnight meeting in a
private mansion, a theme has emerged - the
eventual covert mi-itarization of the ET
subject. Part of this disclosure plan involves
the use of UFO look-alike devices made by
humans in an attack on Earth or mil-tary
assets of Earth."

a self-described "humble country doctor",
has extraordinary access to high-level
officials to discuss highly-classified
matters, the kind of access only the
extremely-powerful can get you? (JW I
hope this turns out to not be the case.)
