Since I have not claimed to speak for God as OBVES, Harold Camping,
Ronald Weinland and the WTBTS have all done and since I have not
prophecied in His name as OBVES, Harold Camping, Ronald Weinland and
the WTBTS have all done with those prophecies failing to come to pass
then no, I am not a false prophet. I have not claimed nor implied that
I am a prophet. I am merely a child of God, freely given the gift of
salvation by God's Grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Non sequitur. Being able to scholarly examine scripture is not a test
of whether one is a true prophet or not. A true prophet is a person
who speaks for God, delivering a message that God has ordained him to
give. Secondly since I never claimed nor implied being a prophet, your
"test" (which obviously isn't a test at all) is moot. Finally, the
Biblical test for a true prophet has already been spelled out by God.
Your "test" is merely a man-made one, and an irrelevent one at that.
Simply put, if one's prophecies do not come true, such as the ones by
OBVES, Camping, Weinland, WTBTS, Armstrong, Hinn, Van Impe, Sollog
(real name: John Patrick Ennis), Moses David, Cayce, etc. (numerous
others who have claimed God annointed them as true prophets) then they
are a false prophet who has spoken presumptuously and do not speak for
God and are not to be feared nor listened to. It's just what simple.
This category of false prophets make predictions in God's name that do
not come to pass. The essence of the false prophet is to draw one away
from Christ and/or true biblical teachings.
May God bless,
Carl
