Yes, I do. Because we know that Nixon was a war monger. It was Nixon
who=20
authorized the assassination plots on Castro. He would have accepted
the=20
advice from the JCS who probably would have been the same men urging=20
that Nixon bomb and invade Cuba. Castro would have no choice but to=20
defend himself with the FROGs. That's exactly what they were there for.
