It certainly *had* to be a David Ferrie library card.  Wray Gill, who
Ferrie worked for and was Carlos Marcello's attorney caught wind of it
before anyone would have a right to know.  If it was just Oswald's
card, then it wouldn't have been newsworthy to them.  It also came up
in Marina's interrogation on Sunday when they the Secret Service asked
if she knew a David Farry?  And then there was the teletype from the
FBI office pertaining to Gill's visit to the Ferrie apartment on the
24th which stated, "Martens said the Atty. Wray Gill visited Ferrie's
residence and told Marten's he was looking for Ferrie who was then not
at home.  Gill remarked to Martens that when Lee Harvey Oswald was
arrested, by the Dallas Police, Oswald was carrying a library card
with Ferrie's name on it.  Gill instructed Martens to tell Ferrie to
contact him and Gill would represent Ferrie as his attorney.

Of course then there is the 'cabal' of Martin, Martens, Ferrie,
Oswald, Shaw, and Ruby that have more than a few meetings which one or
more is present.  And if you want, I can produce an Oswald New Orleans
book being taken back to the library while 'Oswald' was working at the
TSBD if you want?

Added to all this, is Ferrie's behavior when he did get back to New
Orleans from..his N.O to Houston to Galveston to Hammonds, back to
N.O. trip.  He went to Oswald's last address and asked her if she had
come across a library card Oswald had used when he had lived there,
and duplicated the act with the next door neighbor lady.  Why would he
be so paranoid over a library card that couldn't possibly have
implicated him?
