All you have is an assumption that he watched TV.  You give no background 
to Davis and why he was in on this juicy item either.  So, they either 
heard, or one of them heard an actual TV re****t saying that, OR they or 
one of them had to make it up, OR they heard it by some other means and 
then got a story together.  Even if one or both was watching a TV program 
about Oswald's background in New Orleans, there would be NO reason to 
make-up, embellish, or have anything to do with a library card...UNLESS 
they had some past experience with it. And why would Martin or anybody in 
that crowd want to draw attention to anything like that, when they would 
know what a rough FBI/CIA/MAFIA crowd that they were used to being around?
 
And that, especially after Martin was brutally beaten after the 
assassination, and admitted to Charity Hospital.  And exactly how do you 
know again that Martin *was* watching TV?...made up a 'rumor', and how did

'that' to get re****ters to Mrs. Garner's house all in apple pie order?  
(Martin didn't call the D.A's office until November 23).
