Since they (Ferrie, Beauboeff and Coffey) got caught in the no goose
hunting fib (no rifles taken on trip either), they stuck to the going-
there-on-business routine.  That was because they were accomplished
skaters and they wanted to see about opening up one.  Chuck Rolland
the proprietor, the one who took Ferrie's phone call on the 22nd, said
when interviewed, that there was no skating by them, and there was no
business talk about any costs to equip a rink.
