You don't know the difference between film and videotape? Well, for one 
thing, 16 mm film had a significantly higher image resolution than the 
480-line image on videotape.

Really? I said above, as evidence that the wallet seen in the film footage

belonged to a third party, that no one besides Barrett mentioned or 
remembered the wallet (and Barrett himself didn't mention it in his FBI 
re****t written on November 22, 1963; he first mentioned it in 1995). 
Please show me where Dallas Police Sgt. Calvin "Bud" Owens said anything 
about the wallet:

Or where Captain George Doughty said anything about the wallet. Dale Myers

interviewed Doughty in 1996, but Doughty had suffered a stroke and 
couldn't remember the incident.

WFAA-TV cameraman Ron Reiland did indeed mention the wallet in his
narration of the silent footage -- but said that the wallet was
Tippit's.

If it had been Oswald's wallet that they were seen examining in that film,

they would have remembered the wallet and said something about it. As 
Vincent Bulgiosi wrote, it makes no sense that the Dallas police and 
detectives, several of whom were Tippit's friends, would keep from the 
world that his killer's wallet was found near his body.
