Does anyone know more on the following::
1) Why would Officer Vaugn be demoted 4 E points for allowing Officer
Chabot into the ramp - his instructions were to allow cops in HE KNEW
and ID cops he didn't know and ID press w/ proper creds.?
2) The WC doesn't state whether or not he passed the lie detector test

Just wondering...Burb (so far, I have no proof that Ruby came in via
