Seems to me that Shackelford has given up even trying to keep up an 
appearance of credibility on this one. Like the fabled emperor, he walks 
around evidentially stark ****d with all the airs & graces of someone in 
the finest imperial regalia, condescending once in a while to top post the

odd irrelevance as if it meant something truly profound.  In fact, we know

he had no idea at all what Mary Ferrell was really thinking aside from the

garbage he was being spoon fed by Judyth, who was - true to form - also 
deluding herself on a truly grand scale.  She hoodwinked Platzman too, of 
course - see his totally inept & misconcieved attempt to push Mary F into 
'coming out' in public pro-Judyth. How far wide of the mark can you get ??

!! He actually believed ( thanks to JVB )  that MF was a true believer ...

and of course his overtures to MF led pretty quickly to her cutting the 
knot & going public with what she *really* believed.

Result : Platzman & Shackelford once again made to look completely 
ridiculous by Magnesium Girl.

It's really a pretty comical state of affairs - which is why it keeps it's

entertainment value I suppose.:-)
