That is absolute nonsense. With the elevators stuck on the 5th floor all 
immediate up and down access was the same stairwell. No wonder Oswald was 
forced to duck into the lunchroom. He was noticed and confronted. With a 
more experienced police officer LHO would have been detained.

As you well know Euins was not the only witness. As you also know, not one

witness saw a pipe, barrel, rifle, rifle with a hand, rifle with an arm, 
or rifle held by a man standing behind the wooden fence.

There are witnesses who thought they heard shots from the Grassy Knoll. 
Many heard 3 shots from the same direction. You would have us believe 3 
shots were fired 9' from the corner of the wooden fence but most of the 
witnesses in close proximity didn't seem to notice!

The wooden fence was surrounded on all sides by witnesses. On the east the

extension of Elm Street to the parking lot. There were people in this area

watching the parade. When they heard shots they looked in the direction of

the railroad tracks. They saw no one suspicious. On the west was a DPD 
officer and several RR employees who were elevated and immediately ran to 
the parking area behind the fence after hearing shots. They saw no one. 
Bowers was elevated and watched the parking area intently after he heard 
shots and reverberations. He saw no one suspicious. In fact he saw no one 
at all behind the fence until the crowd surged up there. No shooter and no

accomplice.

There was an SSA who was separated from his vehicle and on foot in the 
vicinity of the GK. He easily could have been the SSA encountered by DPD 
Smith.
