I've got a difficult-to-handle client who, despite being a
professional, has lately been in and out of mental hospitals. He was
born 12/30/55, 11:55 pm.
"Frank" (not his real name), has severe anger-management problems.
He gets into fights with any and all female supervisors.
I have ascribed the difficulty to, at least in part, to Frank's Mars
in 20 deg. Scorpio, widely conjunct Saturn in 28 Scorpio, and both
squaring (Saturn almost exactly squaring) Pluto in 28 Leo.
He enjoys a ***tile from his Capricorn Mercury to his Mars, which has
helped give him success in (let us say) the cor****ate world, but the
robust little Merc-Mars ***tile seems to also give him an extreme need
to use wilting sarcasm.
Frank's Mars and Saturn in Scorpio (whether in conjunction or not),
seem to keep him always in a sullen temper, brewing with resentment
and antagonism against one or another chosen 'enemy'. This includes
his mother. He effortlessly uses the "B* * *" word to describe his
mother, especially in public places.
These Scorpio aspects may be also at the root of hair loss and chronic
skin problems.
His exact Saturn square Pluto bears comment. He always strongly feels
that he is in the grip of poverty, (Saturn), even after he got a
$80,000 inheritance. (Pluto), and was beside himself with confusion
and doubt until he'd spent all the money. He constantly schemes at
ways of making a huge amount of money (Pluto), which always get shot
down when his illusions are interrupted by reality (Saturn). He
understands astrology but can't seem to derive any lessons from the
knowledge of these planetary placements.
In October of this year he got into a paranoid and delusional state
which led him to be stopped and questioned by police who, based on his
responses, took him to a hospital, which in turn led to his spending 5
weeks in 2 different psychiatric wards.
Anybody here seen "malefic" Scorpio planets, badly aspected,
manifesting anger and frustration in these kinds of 'textbook' ways?
I realize Mars is said to rule or co-rule Scorpio. But just because
Mars is in one of its two 'home' signs doesn't seem to make it
adaptable, pleasant, or 'fun'. Aggression and sullen anger, to the
point of eating away at the individual, are visible.
'Frank' and I don't always communicate successfully; my Venus-Mercury
conjunction is closely opposite his Sun, and his Mars closely
quincunxes my Gemini Sun. But I know he sometimes watches this Group,
so he and I might both be helped by any comments you care to make .
Thanks!
