Basketballers observation was a signpost

Hi All,

The idea behind doing astrological research in this new way (where
selected high/low scores are examined for constant separation over a
number of years) seems to be working quite well and pointing in other
directions that will improve the p-scores dramatically, but to avoid
any more claims about:

(1) "Looking in too many places" or
(2) "Cherry picking" or
(3) "Using too few degrees of freedom" etc.etc.

Let's see if any posters on aamod can use astrological experience to
guess what that initial Sun in Virgo-Taurus observation could now be
pointing to. If we get any good suggestions, preferably ones that a
few of us can agree upon,  I can conduct further surveys with them,
based on eliminating the above time-wasting objections.
