Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone could point me toward some particularly good
resources concerning Arabic Parts and Hellenistic Lots. I've been
researching more regarding their use and have some like-minded friends
who embrace astrology, but don't understand a whole lot about it (ergo,
I am their go-to guy for astrology).
First request: What are the best books, essays or Web sites on the
topic? (I've got Lind Weber's "Arabian Parts Decoded" en route and
Robert Zoller's "Arabic Parts in Astrology..." on my shelf. Is anyone
aware of any books, essays, etc. that cover the Hellenistic Lots as well?
Second request: How do I use these silly things? I imagine the Pars
Fortunae is some indicator of joy, happiness, success, etc., but is it
merely an indicator of the path where the native will find the most
happiness or is it the "easy path"? I see there are even Parts indicated
for Marriage, Cattle, etc.
Third request: Not really a request... Are the Parts/Lots essentially
midpoints?
