And Saturn is anti emotional and causes problems with communication
because of lack of reciprocity understanding, inhibited empathy and so on.
One can probably be not very shy but have huge communication problems
or vice versa. But a shyness problem combined with Saturn in 3rd is
probably really
bothersome.
