Neither of these "offenses" is something that concerns NANAS. If
you really want to pursue a copyright claim, you'll have to do so
through the courts. In other words you'll have to actually file
one of those lawsuits you've been threatening everyone with for
so many years. Be sure to consult an IP lawyer before you do. You
might be surprised at how little protection you have.
