There was once a guy I knew (note "knew") who would beg on the streets
during the day wearing nothing more than rags. At the end of the day when
the shops closed he would go to the public car park, jump into his
Mercedes
and drive home to his 6 bedroom house.
He's now serving 15 years for fraud.
