recorded testimony with an Oregon Administrative Court Judge during an
impoundment hearing held on April 8, 2008. It goes to the very heart
of Sovereignty, and reveals the limitations of the judges when dealing
with a "belligerent claimant" asserting his rights as a Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. Widespread
dissemination to your audience will do more to wake up sleeping
Americans who fear the courts than all the empty armchair
quarterbacking can do. The State of Oregon has gone into full swing

a fictional court, unless they can 'prove' in writing Jurisdiction
