In your letter of April 7th, 2008, you say "It appears from your
correspondence that you are alleging ongoing conflicts with many
governmental agencies, at this time I am only addressing the possible
claims you have against Josephine County. Furthermore the State of
Oregon has a two year Statute of Limitation, therefore I am only
concerned with allegations that occurred since 2005 to present."
"Currently, I am not convinced your allegations have any
validity.but I will investigate them thoroughly once I have the exact
dates."
I find your comments as an investigator curious to say the
least, especially in view of the fact that you have not yet read the
package I sent you nor have you investigated the voluminous links on

Mr. Wallace,
you cannot and will not cookie-cutter this matter away into
insignificance through isolation and fragmentation.

wife been harmed? Who has harmed me and my late wife. What has harmed
me I and my late wife? Why was I and my late wife harmed?
Is that not the purview of any competent investigator? To derive
the Big Picture, the Truth, through the path of discovering and
answering the questions of WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY HOW, WHEN?
There is an UNDENIABLE THEME which underlies all of the
persecution, prosecution, trickery and deceit behind the actions of
the STATE OF OREGON, AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.
It is FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD and FRAUD.
The only evidence required to prove such claim is their UNIFORM
numerous COMMERCIAL DEFAULTS through their refusal to answer the
questions of JURISDICTION, over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-
Blood, Sentient, Natural, Man, and thus I have been kidnapped,
arrested unlawfully, held hostage, incarcerated, tortured, and held
until near death, before I was released. The stress imposed upon My
Late Wife and I throughout this 6 year ordeal was instrumental in
killing her.
I ask you to listen to a continuation of the same, unyielding,
unbending FRAUDULENT operation still ongoing in the STATE OF OREGON..

of a court hearing wherein another agent of our Cor****ate State
refuses to answer the question of JURISDICTION, while their fellow
armed and uniformed cor****ate agents continue to commit acts of piracy
and administer torture as they deliberately and willfully INFRINGE
UPON THE UNALIENABLE RIGHT TO LIBERTY, in which is included the Right
to Travel by the Sovereign People of America.
Without answering those questions of JURISDICTION, and thus
negatively impacting upon the lives financially, heathwise, and
libertywise, the government is committing the crime of FRAUD, FRAUD,
FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD and the evidence to that is their repeated
commercial dishonor and default,at every step of the way.
No Mr. Wallace, your mission impossible in this matter is to act
with integrity in the performance of your duties as a cor****ate
investigator. If you already are prejudiced prior to investigating
the facts, how can you possibly do you job?
I am a former Police Investigater having held the rank of Sergeant.
I also was a licensed Private Investigator in California subsequent to
my retirement from the Pacifica Police Department in the San Francisco
Bay Area. I know what your job entails. I ask you do do it.
