Ray will never be granted access to Timestream. Several years ago a
policy was enacted to preclude criminals who are the subject of
protected articles after a rash of site vandalisms by several unsavory
individuals.
Ray is also precluded from entering California (re. that plea
agreement waiving the charges if he left the state). It's too bad.
He keeps claiming these articles were never written but I know for a
fact they are present in the microfiche repository. Think of the
money that could be made from selling the library surveillance footage
as he explodes in rage after finding that the articles really are
there.
I wonder if Ray has any idea just how many libraries around the
country have such articles in their archives.
