the judge becomes the acceptance to the offer and thus establishes a
contract with the court thereby conferring jurisdiction,

wealth, and freedom, all done with the illusion of a smooth,

rk: In the many hearings I have had prior to trials, Josephine County
Judges have had to gavel me down, then run out of the court to end
proceedings. Such behavior is indicative of where the real power lies.
It lies in the hands of the Sovereign who will not accept servitude at
the request of judges.

Trial Administrator KIRK L. BRUST along with Oregon Attorney General
HARDY MYERS, and Oregon Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY who have also
defaulted in earlier affidavits sent to them. The net will close, they
will have lost their op****tunity to render a remedy in this matter and
they shall pay for it with their "last farthing.".
rk: When I do so, they will have to rearrest me for PAPER TERRORISM
(simulation of legal process -- notwithstanding the 10 Maxims of
Commerce) as they have in the past, but this time, because of
nationwide public awareness, they will have to answer the questions of
JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient,
Natural Man, for they have lost their criminal advantage in
controlling the news when they could not make their Unconstitutional
null and void decisions stick in the earlier trials.
rk: Secretary of State BRADBURY will be exposed for the criminal
removal of UCC Financing Statements removed from his office files
without legitimate cause. You will see the greatest judicial SCANDAL
in the history of the State of Oregon.

based in FRAUD since they have not, cannot, and will not JUSTIFY their
