Right to Bear Arms
I am always concerned when I see our God given, Unalienable Right to
Life, which includes the Right to Self-Defense and/or in the defense
of another legislated by a fictional government. An Unalienable Right
is just that -- UNALIENABLE. It cannot be taken away, legislated
against, or punished by government, a fiction created by the
collective thought of "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient
Natural Men and Women, The non-fictional Sovereign People.
Here is the hierarchy which underlies all Law which governs mankind.
God-the Creator, --- Sovereign People the Creation, --- Thought-based
Fictional Government, --- thought-based fictional PERSONS.
Nearly all who read this fall into the category of thought-based
"fictional PERSONS." Slaves of the Cor****ation.
In these united states of America, in which Cave Junction is situated,
The People are Sovereign. All Fictional Governments which include the
City of Cave Junction is possessed of limited Sovereignty granted them
by the Sovereign People, the true Government. Such fictional
government has no JURISDICTION over Sovereign People. Fictional
Government, the servant of Sovereign People has power and authority
ONLY over Cor****ate PERSONS, non-living, legal constructs, which are
subject to Color of Law, Cor****ate policy by their own consent,
agreement and/or contract along with the assumption that such living,
breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural Sovereign men and women
are acting as sureties for the debts of the debtor legal construct,
fictional PERSON.. Such fictional 14th Amendment subjects and/or
contractees are indeed "fictional slaves" over whom, fictional
government holds their life and death in their hands through its
cor****ate "color of law" policies.
When rights can be converted into privileges, such as those considered
by cor****ate legislation of Cave Junction Mayor Tony Paulson, and
appear to be "positive" in nature, actual rights to self-defense are
lost, and privilege replaces it. Once privilege is granted, it can
then be withdrawn at will, making criminals of all who find themselves
high and dry with no police protection, (a real laugh here in the
Illinois Valley) when their life/death :moment of Truth" presents
itself.
To summarize: UNALIENABLE RIGHTS. Sovereign People already have them.
Fictional Cor****ate PERSONS do not have them. Understand who your
truly are and your life and this country will change because you DO
UNDERSTAND, that which heretofore has eluded you..
