yeah i'm familiar with ringworld, it's actually a pretty good scifi
serial.
I always wondered if they consciously made Halo into a ringworld
because of Ringworld? it seems very likely.
me I created a flying electromagnetic destroyo-fortress, and only
later found out that in Gulliver's Travels there was The Whore.
But I'm a genuwine SchzioArtist^tm, aka a Muse, and I get's da damned
