Prediction - Negative: Dangerous Mars (war) and the Tail of the Dragon
2003/2004 will affect the 3rd house of communication of North Korea. This
could make the leader****p aggressive with no com- promise to outside
demands.
Mars will enter the nuclear sign of Aquarius in April 22nd, 2003/04 and
could
bring destruction if diplomacy is does not prevail before then. Serious
threats and danger of conflict will plague this country for at least until
April 2003/4 inducing world instability. The US, Europe, Russia and China
can
prove to be very difficult for the region especially in trade and
political

White House concerned over N. Korea move
A White House official said today there is "real concern" over North
Korea's
nuclear program after Pyongyang officials told the U.S. last week that it
has
finished reprocessing spent fuel rods and intends to start making weapons.
Another Bush administration source said that North Korea's declarations
may
make U.S. attempts at multilateral pressure easier because it forces
neighbors
to take the issue more seriously.
