I called the guy and told him the story about ***YKW, and he said that he
would take the case for me, file all the necessary paperwork, and that it
would cost ***YKW about $25,000.00 to respond. And that he wanted 1/3 of
what we got in award, but that I didn't have to pay unless we got the
judgement.
I talked with him for a bit, and found that the reason that he is doing
this
is that there is an obscure law in the HomelandSecurity thingie aimed at
the
"diaper-headed" "swami" types who are recruiting "terrorists" in the
prisons. And that his mother got scammed by the Guru Maharajee, and it
just
pissed him off. I asked him how many cases he has won so far, and he said
none, but that the way he structures the suit, it just drains the PHONEY
GURU'S bank account just to respond.
I don't think you were here when Stephen was threatening to do the same
thing with Judi&Moogie when it looked like his dear old mother was going
to
go to the great powder room in the sky leaving him with a fortune. It
wasn't
that he thought he could actually win, but he could cause them all kinds
of
hard****ps just responding to keep him from winning by default (like the
way
I won the World's Zen Master Champion****p). It was then that his mother
left
him with "Just a Buck" in her will. It's like he just cut his own throat.
Does the phrase: "What goes round, comes round" have any relevance here?
