Sorry but, you go get a grip.
The United States Government did not spend Billions in the Delta
Programs because PSI is a FRAUD.
Nor was it "Disbanded" because it was a FRAUD.
Russia has not spent as much on the subject "Because it was a Fraud".
It took the Church quite a while to recognize the differences between
White and Black Magic.
There simply is as a fact of life, PSI Active People in life!!!
