No matter how you interpret the Constitution, no matter what your political
leanings, no matter any phobias you may have about firearms, facts are
facts. And it is a FACT that if mentally stable, non-criminal citizens
could
obtain handgun carry permits (after completing the proper testing and
training of course), and even one in ten such people carried a gun, the
occasional psychopath that starts a shooting spree will be stopped before
he
can shoot more than one or two people.
