Dear FBI:
I cannot believe the US and North America do not regulate the use of
mind control.
This mind control that has been used on me is terrible and abusive.
Now seeing the hallucinating in the left eye, but it is definitely the
right eye that is clear, or a system that projects to both eyes.
So, they have caused a lot of permanent brain damage, and my strongest
attribute was my strong math/logic aptitude.
It is horrible that they now have a device in my sternum that feels
like over 200 volts, and a new device in the lower mid spinal column
that also feels over 200 volts(only this device is not connected to
anything). I think that they drilled it into my back last night.
I just cannot understand why at Botsford Hospital(8/84) knee surgery,
at some major shopping malls, and on some BSA campouts, and in some
teen clubs and bars, and in hotel rooms - that they would treat me
this way. And in some Powerhouse gym tanners.
I don=B4t know if it is true that they sent a military division or
batallion to come after me, but that is radical.... I don=B4t even have
a felony. I have never ever even owned a weapon.
Then there were about 150 Mexican Police men, and they just
congregated about 40 yards from me. I hope that they were not there
for me because I don=B4t even own a weapon.
They probably brought the POlice because they must have scanned a lot
of guns in the region... And if AMerican Army men, they should take
away their weapons. I want the Mexicans to know about this, how I
have been mistreated. And my mom happens to be a German immigrant.
If the American Army men that look like Mexicans have weapons, the
Mexicans should take their guns away from them!! Are those Mexican
guys that were running by me, and walking by me(mostly in good shape
about 5=B48-6=B40) really American Army men??
And it is true, that usually people with my type of ability levels and
law abiding, and from families of good net worth - do not fall victim
to this sort of conspiracy.
What they are failing to realize is that I was not the person of
hatred or instigator of fights, but these men tried to deprive me of a
high aptitude, education, athletics, and work.
I just cannot believe that they would drill into the top of my brain
and cranium, some sort of computer system, or 2 computer systems; and
then be cruel enough to drill into the lower part of my cranium and
brain.
They may have removed Thyroid gland and pituitary, but that does not
seem relevant to the hallucinating and dreaming.
And they know that I was in the top 5% of Americans in aptitude before
1982. I also had excellent athletic ability, and my parents are in
the top 2% of Americans in net worth.
They have destroyed much of my brain tissue, on both sides of the
cranium and brain, and up he top-middle.
They have drilled these computer systems, TV=B4s and litle cameras all
over my cranium and brain.
And cruelly retarding my legs with terrible electronic retardation
harnesses. I mean, they have totally retarded my legs.
Who wanted me eliminated so badly, and what did I do wrong?
The question is, "who are the hispanics working for?"
Are they using a special vehicle to get into my hotel rooms on the 3rd
and 4th floor of the hotels that I stay in, or tall ladders??
How would some hotel maids connect to these people??
1) Are they working for 5'7 1/2 Rollins?
2) For that Patti with gl*****, who was in a TAMU class with me in
1994?
3) Are they working for Chris Liddell??
4) For Terri Dunn or Scott Grubbs??
5) For Girard or Rudd??
6) For Kinsella or Booth??
7) For Alejandro or African American Gary or Robin??
8) For that man about 5'8 that I think is named Watts, and resembles
Wallner??
9) For that 6=B40 to 6=B41 Jewish Ed Guy??
10) Are they working for a Lewandowski relative??
11) Do the Hispanics connect to Holmes, because I have seen a lot of
men that resemble Mr. Holmes involved in this, everywhere!!! Older
caucasian males usually between the age of 45 and 65.
I just cannot believe that they would treat me like that, using mind
control to make me dysfunctional, and then to make me hallucinate and
dream.
And now to retard me physically also.
How can they just take my life like this???
