Dear FBI:
Their method of elimination is obviously to either 1) Force a suicide
by making you hallucinate and dream, 2) Lower your intellectual and
physical potential so that you cannot function normally, or work, or
think straight, 3) you die in a car accident.
The hallucinating and dreaming that I am experiencing, and experienced
this morning, is extreme - in a coma for over an hour hallucinating
and dreaming.
So since they lower my aptitude a little bit with mind control, why
not a little bit more... And then more... And then more.. And then
make me illiterate and destroy my potential completely....
This is an incredibly negative conspiracy, and I am surprised that so
many people participate in this.
My name is David Kube, and I wonder how they can just drill into my
cranium and brain, and take my life away.
It feels as if just in the past couple days, they have caused
significant brain damage, as if with all the abusive experimentation
they hadn't done enough.
Are they obsessed with making me into a retarded person??? Was I some
terrible person or did I hurt anybody or anybody's property??
So, they can just eliminate me, and there is nothing that I can do
about it.. What is especially scary is that all I had left was some
memory, and good math/logic, and they seem to be destroying that now.
I do not understand how they can just drill all over my cranium and
brain like that, and get away with it.
I think that CMU was lucky to have me go there at all, and I went onto
get a Masters of Science in Finance, Statistics minor from TAMU after
CMU.
Imagine what I would have done, if they had not lowered my potential.
I'd be highly paid in the Computer Industry or as a Consultant,
obviously.
I just am surprised that so many people are participating, and trying
to lower my intelligence level and ability to think and excel. I hear
that they have gotten me every number, (1-9)..
I am actually disassociating now, they have caused so much brain
damage.
I was a person serious about academic progress, athletics, and career,
and they have just totally been retarding me - drilling all over my
cranium and brain.
They were insistent in retarding one of the best Americans, and I
cannot understand what their obsession was.
This is really just a pro-genocide conspiracy, and they were trying to
get me to commit suicide or die an early death. Making me almost
brain-dead.
They have drilled their projection devices into the right side of my
cranium and brain, and up the top/middle, and now they are destroying
left brain tissue and drilling devices into the left side of my
brain. Front and back, on the right side, top/middle, and left side
of the cranium and brain.
Now, it feels as if they have been drilling into my cheekbones, and
into the lower part of my cranium and brain... How can they get away
with this??
So, the truth hurts. That all these people were involved in a
conspiracy of negativity instead of positivity. They know that I had
one of the highest aptitudes, top 3% at least, and was also strong
athletically. And I am also from a family of good net worth.
And now these Hispanics and other people are participating in this. I
am homeless in Austin.
They likely have removed both my Thyroid and Pituitary glands, and
altered my testicles also.
They have prevented me from work at all with sleep control and made me
fall asleep in school classes.
And some men decided to drill projection devices into my cranium and
brain and torture me with dreams and hallucinations; and now they seem
to be destroying additional brain tissue recently, and also retarding
me physically.
It is frightening how I feel almost braindead now.
Somehow these people are trying to keep the education system in the
state of Michigan secretive, and place students at whatever University
campus they like, regardless of potential.
It seems people from different locations and entities from Southern
Ohio and the state of Michigan have done terrible things to me.
I think that Ziobron, Stratton, Holmes, Jamie Floyd, Carlock, Douglas
from my 6th grade, jr. high, and Franklin High School were all
involved in this, in Livonia, MI.
** Then a major security firm, maybe the one that controls Livonia
Mall.
** And also Botsford Hospital(8/84) out of Farmington, MI.
And also Potts, Girard, Boulard, Russell, and Kelly from BSA troop
270.
And then that 5'7 1/2 Rollins guy, a Downey relative, and this Bob
Bailey from factories.
And from CMU; Paul Bloomberg, Terri Dunn, Chris Liddell, and Scott
Grubbs.
And now that my parents moved to Belleville, they seem to have got
some people from Belleville against me.
And also some Hispanics, and maybe some people from Houston or Austin.
There is this 6'0 to 6'1 Jewish "Ed" guy involved, this guy about 5'8
named Watts(I think), and the man with the redhead wife.
And there are Catholics involved: Matt and Jim, and a Lewandowski
relative.

The FBI wants to know what they really have done to me, and I will
elaborate.
Really.. What right do some men have just to eliminate me like that??
Is there any limit to human experimentation in the United States??
Are the people that have used mind control on me superior to me??
Besides drilling projection devices into both sides of my cranium and
brain, and getting ahold of me in strange and unusual ways when I was
just 14 years old like grabbing me and tranquilizing me and throwing
me into the back of a semi near Telegraph road and I96, and in the
back of a dump-truck or large contruction-type vehicle near Panzl's
house at the rear of Franklin high school. Obviously, they must have
used some form of Chloroform or tranquilizer!
And preventing me from excellence in anything, and now torturing my
mind and deforming my body.
First, there are nuances in my life, and the abuse of mind control and
human experimentation in my life is extreme.
Much of it deals with the school system, but it may actually be not
the school itself, but some people controlling the school campuses.
It is the nuances that may interest the state of Texas and the FBI.
First off, the Education system in the state of Michigan is much more
secretive and different than in Texas. Here.. You get into UT...
There is only one UT Austin Campus within 15 miles of here....
But I will go back to the nuances first.
First, a nuance even stranger than moving me from one junior high or
high school to another; or CMU campus to another; is moving my entire
family to another house, because we were not that familiar with the
state of Michigan!!! After 3 to 7 days, and erasing our memory of a
week time period!! This must have happened in Fall of 1981 when we
moved to the state of Michigan from Springfield Town****p, Ohio; of
course.
The woodlands... I swear that I remember 2 woodlands.
One woodland had a path going uphill and then downhill.. And the other
woodland went up a steep slope. And then I remember oriental owned
party stores.
1) So, we probably moved to a different Ingram, and I wonder where it
was located. And they moved my entire family somehow, and secretly
after 3-7 days!!
Was it near Plymouth or Royal Oak, or Southgate?? I really wonder
where it was at..
2) They may have done this to us in 1975 in Clarksville, TN, when we
moved there from Ohio; or 1978 in Cincinnati, Ohio also when we moved
there from TN. My dad was a upwardly mobile managerial accountant
with a Fortune 500 company.
If they put me at a different school than St. Bethlehem in 1st grade,
and I am pretty sure that they didn't in Kindergarten or second
grade. Then I had a short dream about some location, over some
mountains that had a large radio tower or something near the top of
the hillside or mountain-top.
IF I was at a different school for a week or two, than St. Bethlehem,
then I don't remember it at all. Maybe it was for accelerated
students or something, and I just didn't fit in maybe.... I think
that the school was at the right hand side of the road, and the
busride was more than 10 minutes(whereas St. Bethlehem was only a mile
from my parents house).

But this has nothing to do with them eliminating me now!! But imagine
this scenario, and the case you could build if they really did this!!
And I think that they did....
3) Different Emersons.. Sure, I remember seeing hillsides to the
south standing there on West Chicago.... So the 2nd year, I was at a
different Emerson, and didn't even know it. So was it really just 2
miles closer to my house??
4) 1 or 2 or 3 different Franklins... My freshman year.. Then Joy and
Merriman the final 3 years.. Where I got 2 letters in high school
wrestling.
5) Now the way CMU divides students, I still don't understand..
Do they have a main campus, and then campuses(1-9), or are 2 or 3 of
the campuses (1-9) considered their main campus??
But I know that the first week or so, they moved me to 2 different
campuses, and must have done some bizarre experimentation on me, and
they erased this totally...
5) What I don't understand is that they put me at campus #6, where I
had lots of friends, and then moved me to Campus #4.......
Now, why would they do this??
And I didn't realize it until about 4 years ago, that campus #6 and
campus #4 were 2 different campuses; probably because I saw a lot of
the people from campus #6 at campus #4!! And Matt made a special
appearance.
Paul Bloomberg, Mahle, my friend Bruce, and Business Lady Susan all
moved to campus #4.. And then some frat brothers also came from 6 to 4
just for me... Isn't that special??
So, these men now that I have described over and over again in various
letters.
They know that I had all state athletic potential, and was over 95% in
aptitude, and was treated unfairly and unequally; probably much of it
discriminating against me because my mother is a West German
immigrant.
I just cannot believe that there wasn't anybody to rescue me, and I
end up homeless....
The reason that I am homeless is because of the cumulative amount of
experimentation by different groups using mind control: A security
firm, a major Michigan Hospital, and the penitentiary system.
How can this be unregulated like that??
And they don't even use MRI or CT Scan equipment in their 2008
experimentation free-for all, and they seem to have little regard for
a strong American mind..
