Something tells me he isn't telling the whole story as to why he was
told to leave. That being said, we told people staying at the hotel I
worked at, that they had to leave on a certain date and time as
sometimes the entire hotel, just about every room, was booked by a group
of people, usually from LA or Phoenix. Once in a while, a person would
get all bent out of shape when we would tell them to leave, acting like
it was a "surprise" when they were CLEARLY told about it when they
checked in. The receipt they got when they checked in had it printed
across the top:
Guest agrees to check out by XX/XX/XX at 9:00AM, as the hotel has been
previously booked up for a group function.
Arresting a 12 year old kid would have gotten a lot of very bad press,
besides, what would they have arrested me for, "Suspect bumped into
governor Rockefeller by accident"?
