It's hard to say without being there and checking it out. One map
shows "Donrey Hangar", and another shows "Hughes Aviation North".
According to that map, Hughes Aviation has two facilities there, hence
"north" and "south." Often what happens is these places get sold so
often that they don't bother to change the signs, let alone maps.
If you are really curious, you can use the Las Vegas *****sors office
(maybe recorders) website. It's quite a bit of work. I'm going to do
that eventually to check who currently owns the EG&G building.
