Assuming you are in London, you add 8 hours to the west coast time.
The show starts at 10PM on the coast, though it is an introduction and
open lines for the first hour. Anyway, 10pm is 22 hours local, add 8
to get 30 hours, subtract 24 to get 6GMT on Monday. London has no
correction for local to GMT, so the show will start at 6AM Monday
morning. Trevor starts at 7AM your time and ends at 10AM, all on
Monday morning.
If you get the streaming to work, you can save the show with any
number of sound capture programs. I don't know of any free programs
that have clock control, but I suspect they exist. The pay program
would be the Total Record from High Criteria.
