Just drove by there on the way home, dark and quiet but I'll check it
again 
AM. They approach over the road but fly out over land turn and short trip
to 
Galveston Bay / ****p channel and the area is populated with refineries as 
well so it's hard to get to the other end of the runways unless your in a 
boat. "NASA" had been running U-2 during Cuban elections, Eglin also ran 
some SR-71's out as well, I think those went to Iran. But ya never know.
