The crew chief and crew call it "flying loose" after the air craft's skin 
heats up then the tanks seal and then the fill up begins. Some pictures
show 
wet spots on the top of the wings that's the tanks leaking / seeping fuel.

When this Aircraft was being built the only place we could get enough 
Titanium for the construction was from Russia, through third and fourth
and 
fifth parties, far East, South America, Australia etc. At speed and
altitude 
the skin would bulge and pop rivets so the bumps / dimples were engineered

so the skin could expand or contract and not pop rivets.
