If, and only if you are who you pretend to be, then you would not have
to demand action, you would do this without the necessity of puny
intermediaries like the US.

However as you are obviously not not who you claim to be then, perhaps
you would take this crossposted spam where it belongs and consign it
permanently to the garbage.
