A lot of experiments on planes like the ME 163, 262/Experimental Air
Force bases lie the hovercraft avro and others are just a money laundering
aspect as well as some technology testing of course....
Usually nobody/taxpayers really know how much a ****p, plane,
satellite really costs, so they military mark it way up and scoff up the
rest.....this loot usually goes to some fat ass bureaucrat, and if

goes wrong the blame is usually on some covert military base that nobody
can
investigate but themselves......
Take the invention of HIV/Aids, it came from a USA military base
were a few military personnel were tested on in up to it's release in
1974+++.....it was also tested on at the NY Brookhaven National Laboratory
and the possibly the MAO Clinic as well for all it's shuffling around...
