They don't need Presidential Directive 51 as long as McCain can get
elected, which I don't foresee a problem there. On the other hand
if Bush coalition can pull off 9/11 they may decide to take out all
of
Manhattan next time in order to justify escalating the war.

Heard tell they already tried to nuke Iran as a preemptive strike,
but the mission failed because of dissent within the ranks.

Kinda makes you wonder who the real terrorists are in the world.
