And just for general principle, I'm going to paste again, my personal
view from a post made in this thread last night.  I believe 911 was in
part conspired to by elements in the government, and that any
subsequent, similar attack, will be as well.  And if it's leaked ahead
of time, by a religious nutcase or an "intelligence" <cough-cough>
leak... that makes it all the more believable to the American couch
potatoes.

I don't put it past the Bush / Cheney Coup D'Etat to try everything within
their
power to evoke Presidential Directive Number 51.  As a matter of fact,
IMHO,
it's a pretty sure bet that it WILL happen, and within the next 6 months.
Many think it will come during the western US nuclear response drills
that are coming up.  You see... George W. Bush has recently signed a
Presidential Directive (of which the actual contents are to remain
"secret") without the knowledge and approval of Congress that gives
him the right to assume 'dictatorial' powers and stop any further election
proceedings for 2008.
