It's a lot easier to believe in something when that something is a
source of revenue for you and your family. Global warming is a cash
cow that is feeding a lot of folks who would otherwise have a
difficult time finding honest work.
What it is, at base, is a way to redistribute money from taxpayers
to leeches, via scientific grants, government appointments, impact
studies, teaching positions, book contracts, and so on.
It was always a fantasy, and increasingly that is being pointed out
by serious scientists, who regard factual research as more im****tant
than pig-trough money.
It's only a matter of time before global warming fades quietly into
the past. It will fade quietly because of all the idiots who have
sup****ted it, and who will not wish their error in judgement made
public.
