Airwaves have value. Forcing broadcasters to use them for purposes 
other than what their licensees want would be a tax and result in public 
financing. 

You don't need the so-called fairness doctrine for that. Go ahead and 
use public access stations. Libs just want the "fairness doctrine" so 
they can silence Rush Limbaugh.

I'd go along with sla****ng their pay and benefits. Also gerrymandering 
and other tactics they use to protect their jobs should be eliminated.
