Rove isn't running for office and AFAIK he doesn't have much control 
over Reps in congress. 

Evangelical Christians are among the most faithful voting blocks in 
American politics. They know that if they stay home on election day, 
the party that relishes the legality of sucking the brains out of 
partially delivered babies and believes that fags should be 
brainwa****ng their children in public schools that cornholing each 
other is merely an "alternative lifestyle" will take control. I wouldn't 
bet on a low voter turnout by them if I were you.
