Yes, we have to combat global cooling in order to avoid more extreme

Gore's whoppers do not end here. He declares that extreme weather
changes are causing ever greater economic losses, that is, more property
damage and disruptions to the economy. Alas for his alarmism, an item in
the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society found that "a robust
body of research shows very little evidence to sup****t the claim that
the rising costs associated with weather and climate events are
associated with changes in the frequency or intensity of events
themselves." Instead, the change in losses comes about because more and
more people are living in vulnerable areas.
