Geologist David Archibald checks the solar cycles and concludes Penny
had better get more skiing equipment:
Globally, we have had 10 years of temperature decline since that peak in
1998, with a rate of decline of 0.06 degrees per annum.
I am expecting the rate of decline to accelerate to 0.2 degrees per
annum from the end of this decade.
