The problem is, idiots like Gabby, AssMan, JnonameM and others, can not
conceive of time spans longer than a few thousand years.  They are
products of the "instant answers" society.  They want it and they want
it NOW.

After all, they hold to the silly notion that some magical cloud deity,
snapped it fingers, farted twice and the world was suddenly there, in
the sky, complete with moon.  They don't have the brain power to dream
of millions, or even 4.5 billion years of developmental history.

Of course, the fact that the world did develop slowly, over billions of
years to the point we are at today, nullifies the need for their magic
fart maker.  And that just hurts their little feelings all to hell.
