Sorry, you need to hire a fact checker. I can't speak for every state,
but I am an election official in one, and I know for an absolute fact
that in my state votes are NOT transferred over internet, just to avoid
this problem. The memory card is physically removed from each voting
machine in each precinct, and they are sealed up and moved under guard
to a central location where they are placed one by one in a separate
machine that records and counts them. The votes are re****ted from the
counting location in each county, and stored in each county. There is
NEVER any transfer by internet, telephone line, or other easily
tamperable medium. Do you think all the election officials in the
country are total fools?
