You forgot the biggest name of all: Phillip K. Dick. Everything by
that man is genius (well, except some of his short stories).

Also, you might want to check out Battle Royale by Kou****n Takami. It
straddles the cyberpunk and horror genres in what I find to be an
amazing read. Just an all-around great piece of literature.
Unfortunately, the English translation loses some of it's impact in
the euphemisms, specific to Japanese (or so I've been told by the
Japanese-literate). Still, It's amazing.

That's a great book. Reads like a good detective novel. Also, the idea
of the neocortical "stack" mixed with its impact on society is a great
bit of spice that you don't find in most sci-fi books. However, it
seems to fall a little more under the sci-fi genre than specifically
cyberpunk (if you happen to be a purist in the genre). Still an
awesome read.
