I second this recommendation, CPR has a lot of interesting articles.

However there are 2 animes I feel currently are missing a deserved
review:
 - Ergo Proxy: quite a few cyberpunk and postmodern plot lines.
 - Yokohama Kaida**** Kikou: cyberpunk in its own unique way; it has
been mentioned a few times earlier in this newsgroup.
