All recent Worldcons have had costuming, free video screenings, and
gaming rooms. Sometimes they may be a little difficult to find,
especially the gaming rooms.
I'm sure that `recent' is an understatement, but my first Worldcon was
Baltimore in '98, too, so I can't vouch for anything earlier. I'm sure
that these activities were present long before.
