Nope. Degree-less me. Well you gotta be an undergrad without a degree
already to qualify for sup****t. My sister's a little pissed at that as
she already has 2 degrees from the OU which she had to pay full whack
for. I'm actually turning a small profit on the deal. :)

I guess it may be possible with an Application Layer firewall. But how
many actually do?
I'm guessing not that many. Besides, if they mention that why not
mention the little fact that people's browsers may block pop-ups and
they may need to disable that, since most people block pop-ups at
browser level?
Or is this some strange usage of the term 'pop-ups' that I wasn't
previously aware of?
