  She had no computer-related quals, so was probably just spamming out 
her resume for any job she could find.  We had others who did the same 
thing, but that was the one that really stood out for that comment.

  We had this other guy who was wonderfully qualified on paper but 
totally sold himself short when we did the phone interview.  He's ex-Air 
Force, and those of us who knew military people thought that was just 
part of .mil culture, to just say it, not elaborate, and expect that 
the listener will understand[1].  I could work with that, but the 
position was also for sup****ting the campus population.

    break-and-fix".
