Puppy Linux, that is.
Loads SeaMonkey(web browser based on some mozilla variant or another) in
less than a second. That's the version which boots off the CD.
It lives entirely in memory so you can take the CD out and use the
drive. It has a facility to remaster the ISO for the Puppy CD with
whatever changes you have made, so you get to choose what packages you
do/do not have.
